MUSTIQUE
This five-acre estate on Mustique took four years to design and install. Several existing houses on the estate in a bad state of repair were to be renovated, along with the construction of a new modern house. The first challenge was to integrate these existing buildings with the modern house, concealing the old structures with large Caribbean plants. The second challenge was to import all the plants from nurseries on other islands such as St. Vincent and Barbados. The project included all grading and hardscape design, as well as construction administration.
